JUNGIAN LECTURE: Re-wilding the Psyche: Edgewalkers, Shapeshifters, and the Hinterlands of Imagination
by Charles Morse, MA, MSc
"Like the sea itself, the unconscious yields an endless and self-replenishing abundance of creatures, a wealth beyond our fathoming" (Jung, 1954)
Fluid, boundary-traversing figures abound in myth, fairy tales, and popular culture. What roles do they play in facilitating cultural and psychological transformation, particularly in times of disruption, polarization, and upheaval? This talk with one of our community’s favorite speakers explores these questions through artful imagery and provocative discussion.
